At night in the mill, it clatters and creaks, shadows dance, water rushes, wheels turn, and the large milling machine reveals something about old technology and the significance of the mill for the people. On the way through the Hauserbach Mill, we tell stories about the craft of the miller and the history of the grain mill.

Afterwards, we go out into the night. Under the expert guidance of our star guide, you will get to know the constellations and planets and can look into the sky through the large telescope. If the sky is cloudy this evening, we offer impressive images and informative explanations about the night sky in the café.

As a warming conclusion, we offer a homemade vegetable stew in the mill café (optionally with sausage) and our freshly baked mill bread. Hot and cold drinks are available in the café.
