Around 1900, the factory chimneys in Euskirchen and the surrounding area were puffing smoke, with over 20 companies producing textiles. The last one closed its doors in 1982. Where can we still find traces of the once-thriving industry in Euskirchen today? Join us for our textile historical city tour through Euskirchen and embark on an exciting journey into the past of the local textile industry. The tour starts at the fountain on the Old Market and leads through the historic city center.
