Hike with our geologist Alexander Mauel to the stargazing spot at the “Görresburg” Matron Shrine in the Archaeological Landscape Park.
Here in the Eifel, light pollution is still very low, so on clear nights you can see a beautiful, star-filled sky.
Together with our geologist, you’ll hike from the Eifel Nature Center to Görresburg, near which the new stargazing spot is located, and along the way he’ll explain the night sky to you.

What to bring: Weatherproof clothing, sturdy shoes, and binoculars if you have them
