This spinning course is primarily aimed at beginners with no prior experience who would like to learn the craft of spinning. You’ll learn how to spin by hand on a spinning wheel in small groups. The course is also suitable for children ages 10 and up.
In a small group, learn how to prepare and card natural sheep’s wool, spin and twist the yarn, and prepare it for further processing.
In the course, you’ll learn a lot about the different types of spinning wheels and wool varieties, and you’ll master the technique of hand spinning.

Please bring: your own spinning wheel, wool, and—if you’d like—tea, hot chocolate, or cookies for a cozy crafting session
