We will explore the question of what exactly constitutes a cow, a heifer, and a bull. We will also examine various methods of raising cattle, evaluate (animal-based) products, and focus on the needs of these wonderful animals.

Notes: Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. The terrain is partially rough. Please do not bring your own animals, out of consideration for the farm animals.
