Hello, I am the Fischbach. I may not be very big, but I am noticeable all over the village.
Sometimes you see me sparkling between stones, sometimes you only hear me – and then I disappear again under a bridge. In the past, streams were particularly important for life in the village. The power of the water drove mills that ground grain, for example, long before electricity and engines changed everyday life.
Today I flow calmly through the village and seek my own way: In small curves I find my course and rush under bridges that connect the village. If you take a closer look at these bridges, you'll quickly notice that each one has a slightly different appearance. Depending on how the water flows beneath them and how the banks look, they are of different heights.
Bridge challenge: Follow me for a bit and keep your eyes open. Can you manage to discover and count all the bridges?
