Do you like being outdoors, enjoy exercise and want to try something new? Then head to the ARBORETUM nature trail! Here you can let off steam regularly: For children and young people aged 5 to 14, we offer two exciting coaching packages with weekly course training sessions twice a year outside of the vacations. Under the guidance of our trained coaches, you will start an extraordinary program in small groups with children of your age. You will learn specific techniques for climbing, jumping, hanging and crawling and become real course professionals! Even inexperienced kids will quickly achieve their first successes and enjoy the team experience. Overcoming the more than 25 obstacles challenges and promotes team spirit, concentration and muscle strength, providing a complete workout for body and mind. In addition to lots of action and fun, the program includes team building, motivational talks, feedback circles and a joint cool-down on the grass. The weekly courses (divided into four age groups) take place on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays.
April - June (between the Easter and summer vacations) 10 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours each € 180.00 per participant. Trial training (one-off) €18.00 per participant.
