Over the course of 42 years and 24 albums, Grammy Award-winning keyboardist, composer, and producer Jeff Lorber has pioneered the post-fusion sound of contemporary jazz with his radio-friendly, groove-oriented instrumental music.

From 1977’s *Jeff Lorber Fusion* to 2017’s *Prototype*—which won Best Contemporary Instrumental Album at the 60th Grammy Awards, to his most recent collaboration with guitar legend Mike Stern on *Eleven*, Lorber has demonstrated a knack for creating fresh vibes and funky grooves while layering jazzy improvisations on piano, synthesizers, and his signature Fender Rhodes electric piano.

Jeff Lorber played his first official concert at Live Proberaum more than 15 years ago, so we’re thrilled that he, too, has made this club one of his favorites and has already celebrated his exclusive birthday party here…. This time, alongside his bassist colleague Jimmy Haslip, Greg Clark Jr. (Snarky Puppy, SMV, Manhattan Transfer) will be on drums on stage at the Live Proberaum.
