Experience health – enjoy nature – get active together!

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the redesigned moat with its water terraces will be officially opened. To mark the occasion, the city of Bad Münstereifel, together with the Kneipp Association, invites you to the first Kneipp Health Day.

Under the motto “Experience health – enjoy nature – get active together,” the newly redesigned Wallgraben will be transformed into a diverse venue for experiences and physical activity on this day. From the water terraces to the Wallgraben and the Kneipp pool at Europaplatz, all the way to the Pharmacy Museum, visitors can look forward to numerous stations focused on health, exercise, nature, and well-being. The diverse program is jointly organized by the Bad Münstereifel Kneipp Association and other clubs, institutions, and organizations from Bad Münstereifel.

Look forward to a wide range of hands-on activities and exercise opportunities based on the five pillars of the Kneipp method, a Kneipp rally with a walking pass and a small prize, water treading, a guided hike, line dancing, bocce, fun activities for children, and guided tours of the Pharmacy Museum. Refreshments will also be available. The Health Day will be accompanied by a colorful cultural and musical program.

A special highlight of the day will be the official dedication of the Wallgraben and the water terraces at 11:15 a.m. by Mayor Sebastian Glatzel.
