Guided Hike "Exental Panorama Trail"
Look forward to a varied round hike starting from Hausen – a real highlight for nature lovers and explorers!  A special experience is the ascent through an ancient hollow way that winds its way up from the idyllic Exental. This path, carved over centuries by carts and water, strikingly shows how intensively it was once used.  Today, the hollow way leads us to breathtaking views of the vast landscape of the Eifel.  We pass by an old quarry and look at the distinctive Hausen terraces. The hike takes us over the heights to a geological peculiarity of the region. At a covered rest area with great far-sight, we take a break before starting our descent back to Hausen.  At the end of the hike, a short trail promises a bit of adventure. From there, we have a beautiful view of the local Uhu rocks over the rooftops of the half-timbered houses in Hausen.
 
Despite a short but steep ascent at the beginning, the hike is suitable for beginners. Along the way, we take ample time to enjoy the beauty of nature.
