Guided hike "Exental Panorama Trail"
Look forward to a diverse circular hike starting from Hausen – a real highlight for nature lovers and explorers!  A special experience is the ascent through an old hollow path that winds its way from the idyllic Exental upwards. This path, carved out over centuries by carts and water, impressively shows how intensively this route was once used.  Today, the hollow path leads us to stunning views of the vast landscape of the Eifel.  We pass by an old quarry and gaze at the distinctive Hausen terraces. The hike continues over the heights to a geological peculiarity of the region. At a covered rest area with great vistas, we take a break before we start our descent back to Hausen.  At the end of the hike, a short trail promises a bit of adventure. From there, we have a lovely view over the roofs of the timber-framed houses in Hausen towards the local Uhu cliffs.
 
Despite a short but steep ascent at the beginning, the hike is suitable for beginners. Along the way, we take plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of nature.
