The Neustadt Zoo is turning 50—and that calls for a big celebration! In the new family musical “Benjamin Blümchen – Zoo Birthday with Törööö!”, Germany’s most popular[1] talking elephant invites children, parents, and all friends of the zoo to an unforgettable stage adventure.

Benjamin and his best friend Otto are in the thick of preparations for the big anniversary celebration. But just before the party, everything suddenly threatens to go wrong. Together with zoo director Tierlieb, Karla Kolumna, and many animal friends, Benjamin and Otto set out to find the cause—and in the process learn just how important friendship, teamwork, and courage are.

With plenty of music, humor, and heartwarming moments, the musical takes the audience through the most colorful birthday the zoo has ever experienced. The audience can look forward to a colorful show featuring catchy songs, energetic choreography, endearing characters, and a set design that brings the animal world of the Neustadt Zoo to life.
