The evening will focus on the topic "Choice of legal form and legal pitfalls - what founders, start-ups and young companies should know". Two experienced specialist lawyers from the law firm Bietmann Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartmbB, Jens Olinger and Simone Zervos, will provide a compact overview of key legal issues that need to be considered when setting up a company. Among other things, the advantages and disadvantages of common legal forms such as sole proprietorship, GbR, UG or GmbH, questions of liability and founding formalities as well as tax basics for corporate, trade and value added tax are dealt with. Aspects of insolvency law and typical start-up risks are also on the agenda, as is a brief overview of employment law in the event that the first employees are to be hired. As usual, the start-up round table begins with an open round of introductions - a good opportunity to get into conversation and make initial contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.

After the keynote speech, there will be plenty of time for individual questions and discussions.
