Our farm store has now grown into a full-fledged organic farm store. In addition to our own Bollheim products (cheese, quark, yogurt, raw milk, fruits and vegetables, bread and baked goods, eggs, grains, meat, and sausage), you’ll find nearly the entire range of organic products here.

And if you take a little time, we’ll throw in some “Landfrische” for everyone!

Four times a week, you’ll find our market stand featuring Bollheim fruits and vegetables, bread, baked goods, and cheese at Cologne’s organic markets. In addition, our cheese cart is at the weekly market in Brühl every Tuesday.

In addition to the farm store, you’ll also find our in-house bakery in Zülpich-Oberelvenich:
Every morning, delicious aromas of oven-fresh bread, sweet pastries, and other fine baked goods waft across the farm. Baking is an art that stems from skill, and true skill here has a lot to do with experience. Our bakery has honed and refined its craft through a consistent commitment to traditional, artisanal methods. You can taste the passion and familiarity with our craft. But our baker’s mastery isn’t complete yet. We aim to make our grain even better and our bread even more fragrant and hearty. We’re working on it!
