The God of Carnage (French original title: Le Dieu du carnage) is a play by Yasmina Reza. The play revolves around the intense conflict between two couples. The conflict was originally triggered by a violent altercation between their sons. However, the play soon shifts focus to the personal problems of the protagonists. The God of Carnage is among the most successful plays in recent years.

The four actors Kathrin Magno, Ursula Strickstrock, Jonas Kuley, and Valerio Magno are the ensemble of the theater association kompAct theater e. V. from Mechernich. The direction is in the sensitive hands of Justine Fichtner. Prompter Beatrice Lange completes the production.
