Friends Fritz and Toni are planning a relaxing weekend at the country inn “Em Bou.” But they each have different, secret motives: Fritz has made plans with a real estate agent. He wants to secretly buy a house in the south to surprise his wife with it later. Toni, on the other hand, wants to have some fun with his current fling, Chantal.

However, the carefully planned guys’ getaway spirals completely out of control when the two men’s wives unexpectedly show up at the inn to spend a wellness weekend there. To cover for their true intentions, Toni and Fritz must now improvise to hide their real plans. They resort to one excuse after another and white lies. But Chantal isn’t so easily fooled, and the real estate agent wants to close the deal quickly and see some money.

On top of that, the inn’s stingy owner—who wants to make his traditional establishment more attractive with questionable wellness offerings—provides further comedic moments. New characters keep showing up, schedules clash, and the two friends’ lies become increasingly complicated. Eventually, the entire house of cards threatens to come crashing down.
