From 27.08.-31.08.2025 TSV Kesternich e.V. is once again organizing the sports week. Anyone who wants to can try out a wide variety of sports and will be instructed by trainers free of charge. Of course, the focus is on having fun!

9.30 a.m.: Sport for seniors and sitting gymnastics

6.00 p.m.: "Healthy and fit"

7.00 p.m.: "Zumba Step"

7.30 p.m.: Public training of the old men

Thursday, 28.08.2025:

from 5.00 p.m.: D, C, B youth soccer matches and open table tennis training

18.00 hrs: open skat tournament

18.00 hrs: Nordic walking

19.00: Running for beginners

20.00: Badminton for beginners

Friday, 29.08.2025:

5.30 p.m.: E1 youth football match against JFV FC Nordeifel

19.00: Village championship in the "game without limits" (registrations at sportwoche@tsv-kesternich.de or spontaneously on site)

20.00 hrs: Table tennis tournament

Saturday, 30.08.2025:

12.00 p.m.: Football match of the F1 youth team

1.30 pm: guided (e-)mountain bike tour (challenging!)

14.00 hrs: guided (e-)mountain bike tour (leisurely)

14.00 hrs: sport shooting

2.30 p.m./5.00 p.m.: Andro Cup in table tennis

15.00 hrs: Small field tournament for the old men

Sunday, 31.08.2025:

11.00 a.m.: Scavenger hunt through the village

11.00 am: Walk on the village tour

11.00 am: Bambini tournament

14.00: Fun for Kids (children's program)

14.00 hrs: Football darts tournament

Food and drink will be provided at all times!
