Fun, games and exercise for the little ones! Our Bambini soccer is aimed at all soccer-loving children aged 4 to 6. In small groups, the children playfully learn how to handle the ball, improve their coordination and discover the fun of movement and team spirit.The focus is on enjoying the game, child-friendly exercises and social interaction - without any pressure to perform

Playful movement(Tuesday 4.00 - 5.00 p.m.)

Playful exercise in the form of various games (ball games, catch games, games from the past and present, ...) for children of primary school age. With various games and lots of fun, we get the whole body moving and complete a holistic workout without even realizing it. All children of primary school age who enjoy teamwork and interesting movement games are very welcome here.

Lots of animal fun in the park. Paws, hooves, playtime!(Wednesday 3.00 - 4.30 p.m.)

Children and young people experience the positive effects of exercise with an animal using various four-legged friends. With various games and lots of fun, they complete exercise courses with the animals, which are created and set up together beforehand. Specially trained dogs and horses are used for this. Isabell Riedling and her team look forward to seeing you there.

Exercise games(Thursday 15.30 - 16.30)

Get moving with fun! Running, jumping, balancing - our "Movement games for children" course focuses on the joy of movement! Motor skills, coordination and teamwork are encouraged in a playful way - without any pressure to perform.The course is ideal for children aged 6-10 years and offers a colorful mix of movement games, small courses and lots of fun in the group.

Line Dance Fit Kids(Thursday 17.00 - 18.00 hrs)

Fit with LineDance is a fitness-oriented trend program for children. The focus is on fun, fitness and rhythmic movement to music. LineDance is known as "dancing in lines" and promotes concentration, stamina, flexibility and a sense of rhythm. Small to extensive step combinations can be performed in up to four directions of movement. Dancing is done to current music and with lots of fun.

Children's yoga(Friday 17.15 - 18.00 hrs)

Playful, moving and lots of fun - in outdoor children's yoga, children experience the world of yoga in the middle of nature! Together we immerse ourselves in imaginary journeys, transform ourselves into animals, trees or brave heroes and strengthen body, mind and self-confidence in the process. Breathing, mindfulness and movement become an adventure in the open air. Ideal for little explorers aged 4 and over. Come along - we look forward to seeing you!
