Line Dance Fit Kids
Fit with LineDance is a fitness-oriented trend program for children. The focus is on fun, fitness and rhythmic movement to music. Line dance is known as "dancing in lines" and promotes concentration, stamina, flexibility and a sense of rhythm. Small to extensive step combinations can be performed in up to four directions of movement.
