The herb Wohlgemuth, the cheerful nymph Mintha, and her colleagues lift our mood and satisfaction high up. Added to this is the culinary enrichment, making this event an example of spiritual lightness and balance in times of bad news and worries.
Moreover, the literary selection presented by actress Christiane Remmert will provide cheerful moments.

The meeting point is the “Kulturhaus theater 1”. From there, a hike of about two and a half hours will start, during which wild herbs will be spotted, identified, and collected.
Afterwards, using the gathered herbs, a menu will be prepared in the meeting room on the first floor of the culture house, planned as follows:

Starter: Salad “Through the Wild Underbrush”
Main course: Wild Herb Pesto with Pasta
Dessert: Wild Curd Dish
Accompanied by a freshly prepared herb drink
