"Waiting for the Christ Child!" is a modern story about the Magic Snowflake, who is sent to Earth by the angel Angie to find the missing recipe for Magic Snowflake cookies. When it finally succeeds, it meets Ramon, the Spanish rat, and Marie, the angel. Both help the Magic Snowflake return the precious recipe to heaven. From then on, everyone experiences a festive, contemplative Christmas together and enjoys the city all aglow.
