Along the Erft, the exhibition Shell Flower and Lead showcases artistic positions from 16 international artists and collectives, addressing aspects such as landscape and agriculture, extractivism, cohabitation, timelines and seasons, as well as questions of perception of our surroundings, the fine line between fact and fiction, as well as migration and home. The exhibition thus creates a multifaceted situation for reflection on what we call landscape through installations, performances, concerts, and short films.

All installations can be seen throughout the entire exhibition period from June 27 to September 19, 2026. In addition, there will be performances, concerts, and short films in the outdoor space on five event days.
