With her stories, Erftstadt-based author Fabienne Siegmund whisks us away to strange worlds - sometimes they are just a breath away, lurking at the edge of a train platform or where the sidewalk ends; sometimes they lie in the fantastic realms of our imagination. In this way, she tells sometimes fairytale-like and poetic, sometimes humorous or serious stories about the small and large encounters that wait around every corner. She transports her readers and listeners into a world of autumn: The Autumn Lands, which she once invented together with Stephanie Kempin, Thomas Lohwasser and Vanessa Kaiser and to which more than 70 authors have since followed them. They all recount their adventures in the lands of September, October, November and many other places where more wonders await than you can count."
