Blackthorn, hawthorn, rosehip and rowan berries glow in the autumn sun. They invite us to make the most of them. Full of vitamins and minerals, they help us to get through the winter well. Autumn is also root season, they have a multitude of healing powers.
On a walk through the Eifel landscape, we collect wild fruits and see what wild herbs, roots and seeds are still around. Of course, we leave enough for the flora and fauna. You will learn mystical and useful facts about the Eifel flora.
Back from the foray, we will fortify ourselves with small herbal delicacies and see what we can prepare with the plants we have collected.
