The Jumpin' Five Blues Band's journey began in 2017. The band's name comes from Jump Blues, a fast, swinging style of blues that was particularly popular in the USA in the 1940s. Instead of classic self-pitying blues themes, the lyrics are characterized by comedic self-irony. Performed honestly and authentically, the combination of harp and guitar, alongside the rhythm section, provides the driving groove typical of the style.
