The ensemble "Frau Wollenweber und ihre Männer" is a formation that consciously evades conventional role models. Two men, one woman – an explosive mix with an unusual distribution of roles. Those who know them understand: This is music for the big questions in life. Who am I? Where do I come from? And what is happiness? Beneath the often cheerful facade are three thoughtful minds that also direct the glaring light of truth onto themselves: Gerd Becker (guitar, bass), David Merzenich (guitar, drums, vocals), and Nicole Wollenweber (vocals, percussion, kazoo, glockenspiel, bass).
