The Mountain and Valley Tour 2026 consists of four individual hikes with weekly increasing requirements. The tours can be booked individually or as a complete package with a price advantage until January 3, 2026.  Together, we want to improve our fitness and strengthen our immune system as we start the new year. During the four hiking tours from Heimbach, we motivate each other to endure because it is easier to reach our goals together.  In a small group of a maximum of 10 people, we will have a lot of fun. The  sporty hikes will take us through a stunning winter landscape in the Rureifel. 
 
The fourth  hike challenges us with 16 kilometers and nearly 380 meters of elevation gain.  Our fitness will have certainly improved by now. Of course, we will also stay together today and enjoy our last group hike. We have successfully kicked off the new year and we face the challenges of the new year strengthened.  A reasonable base fitness level is an advantage for this hike. Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy hiking boots with a profile sole are absolutely necessary.
