The Mountain and Valley Tour 2026 consists of four individual hikes with weekly increasing demands. The tours can be booked individually or as a complete package with a price advantage until January 3, 2026.  Together, we want to improve our fitness and strengthen our immune system as we start the new year. During the four hiking tours starting from Heimbach, we motivate each other to persevere because it's easier to reach the goal together.  In a small group of a maximum of 10 people, we will have a lot of fun. The  athletic hikes will take us through a breathtaking winter landscape in Rureifel. 
 
The third  hike is 14 kilometers long and has just under 360 meters of elevation gain, but fewer ascents than the two previous hikes.  Today, we will also adjust the pace to the group and arrive at our goal together. At the end of the hike, everyone will be proud of their performance. Basic fitness is helpful for this tour. Weather-appropriate clothing and high hiking boots with a profile sole are absolutely necessary.
