The Mountain and Valley Tour 2026 consists of four individual hikes with weekly increasing demands. The tours can be booked individually or as a complete package with a price advantage until January 3, 2026.  Together we want to improve our fitness and strengthen our immune system as we start the new year. On the four hiking tours starting from Heimbach, we will motivate each other to persevere, because together it is easier to reach our goals.  In a small group of a maximum of 10 people, we will have a lot of fun. The  sporty hikes will take us through a stunning winter landscape in the Rureifel. 
 
The first hike is just under 10 kilometers long and quickly gets us into the swing of things with over 320 meters of elevation gain.  We will, of course, adapt the pace to the group so that everyone can manage the hike well. A basic level of fitness should still be present. Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy hiking boots with a profile sole are mandatory.
