Various relaxation exercises from autogenic training according to Schulz, progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson and a variety of different breathing exercises are aimed at all people who want to train and strengthen their inner peace and balance, as well as recharge their batteries and promote their well-being. The classes are enhanced by fantasy and singing bowl journeys.
Registration is required and is possible by phone or email.
Time: Mondays 18:00-19:00, Wednesdays 09:00-10:00
