During the Eifel sheep time, you will experience this special landscape from a completely different perspective: with time to arrive, observe, and enjoy. Together we will go to the Bentheimer land sheep in the pasture. The sheep here are not only special companions but also part of landscape maintenance and help preserve the unique juniper heath.

You will learn interesting facts about the sheep, their way of life, and their significance for the cultural landscape. The special features of the juniper heath and nature conservation in this unique Eifel landscape are also part of the Eifel sheep time.

And of course, it’s not just about listening: the calm nature of the sheep invites you to slow down. Small impulses draw attention to what is often easily overlooked – the wide view over the landscape, the special atmosphere of the juniper heath, or the behavior of the animals.

There is consciously space for what is often neglected in everyday life: time for conversations, shared wonder, peace, and simply a good time outdoors.
