Do you have questions about digital media? Are you curious about 3D printing? Or is the technology causing you problems? From August, the Euskirchen City Library will be offering open consultation hours for anyone who needs support with digital media and devices.

A volunteer expert will help you with questions about smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers during the open consultation hours. He also offers his help, for example, with problems with Windows, Linux or Mac OS, installing updates, programs and drivers or setting up antivirus software.

So that the expert can prepare for your individual topics during the consultation, you can send us your question(s) in advance via bibliothek@euskirchen.de. Spontaneous questions are of course possible for every library visitor on site.
