How many steps are there from grain to bread? In the old barn and farmhouse, we’ll discuss the work involved and then get our hands dirty. We’ll thresh the sheaves of wheat and grind the grains in an old watermill. Finally, we’ll bake delicious rolls.

Course leaders: research assistants from the Nature Center.
