The geyser eruption in Andernach is probably the most spectacular natural spectacle on the Middle Rhine. During our visit to the museum, we first learn how the phenomenon works and then take a short boat trip to the cold water geyser. The water fountain shoots 60 meters into the sky with tremendous pressure. We spend a total of around 45 minutes on the Namedyer Werth, of which the geyser eruption itself lasts around 15 minutes.
