Traditional dishes are redefined. The use of natural and high-quality products from the region is our highest principle! From juicy steaks to hearty Eifel specialties, such as “Döppekooche” or “Hövelchen op Fleesch,” to crisp salads and Mediterranean dishes, we offer a variety of delicacies that tantalize the palate with flavors from organic ingredients (about 70%).
