Without exception, we source our slaughter cattle from local farms in the Eifel. For many years we have had a healthy relationship of trust with our farmers and know about the origin and feeding of our animals. Short, species-appropriate transports and professional slaughter of the animals gives us the opportunity to offer a high-quality and tasty meat.
