Our café is directly adjacent to the monastery shop and invites you to linger and browse in a cosy atmosphere. Enjoy home-baked cakes and coffee specialities as well as delicious stews or fresh monastery bread with spreads from the monastery kitchen. The ideal place to linger after a tour of the monastery!

Café Bäckerei "Zur Römerquelle"

Our cozy cafe (original Eifler Winkelhofanlage from the 19th century) is located directly on Eifelsteig, Eifeler Quellenpfad and Römerkanalwanderweg. We offer 70 seats inside and 60 seats on our terrace. All baked goods we produce ourselves from high quality raw materials. Original Eifel dishes such as the Eifelsteigtopf or "Suure Bonne unternander" can be found here, also homemade, for small appetites.

Drop anchor with us and treat yourself to one of our delicious breakfasts or choose from our wide range of lunch dishes. Or maybe you'll just take a cosy beach chair break with coffee, tea and cake before setting sail again and drifting back into your everyday life?
