The vacation apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the historic old town of Nideggen with its magnificent church and castle. From there you have a fantastic view over the Rur valley and deep into the Eifel. Not far away is the second largest reservoir in Germany, the Rursee. This invites you to linger both in summer and in winter. Numerous well-marked hiking and cycling routes lead through the first national park in NRW.
