Enjoy the amenities of our non-smoking house: a private garden for relaxing hours in the sun, a terrace for sociable evenings as well as satellite TV and WiFi for your entertainment. For younger guests, we provide a crib and a high chair so that the whole family feels at home.
As a partner business of Eifel Tourismus GmbH, we are on hand to help you plan your activities. Our car parking lot and parking space for bicycles ensure that you can arrive carefree. And if you need fresh laundry, you can use the washing machine without any problems.

Overnight stays under 3 nights upon request. Parking/spaces available
Weekly price for up to 4 people: € 698.00 plus overnight tax of the municipality of Simmerath 5% (€ 34.90)
Each additional person: € 145.00 plus overnight tax of the municipality of Simmerath 5% (€ 7.25)
If the entire house is used by fewer than 5 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), a surcharge of € 80.00/week will be applied!
