2 apartments in newly renovated semi-detached house, quiet location with well-kept park-like garden, winter garden, large lawn for sunbathing and playground. Good shopping facilities in a shopping center about 1000 meters away. Fishing possibilities at the Menzerather Weiher.
Ideal starting point for hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig) and cycling tours (Vennbahntrasse, Ruruferradweg). To get to the Vennbahn cycle path or from there to the apartment, there are no inclines and the Ruruferradweg from Menzerath in Monschau Grünental is very close.
Great: enjoy a hiking vacation with a couple of friends.

The two apartments can be combined for a stay.

Relax after eventful sightseeing, hiking, cycling and car tours, listen to the birds and still be close to the old town, national park, Hohes Venn, Wildnistrail and neighboring countries.
