For many decades, this house was the home of our grandparents, Alfred and Maria. For nearly a year, we poured our hearts into transforming the entire upper floor into a modern vacation rental. From the very beginning, it was clear to us that we wanted to keep our grandparents’ name. That’s how the ALMA Voreifel came to be—a place to arrive, relax, and feel at home.

Since we ourselves enjoy staying in vacation rentals, we know what matters: high-quality amenities, plenty of space, peace and quiet, meticulous cleanliness, and many small details that make a stay especially pleasant. That’s exactly what we want to offer you.

Whether it’s a family vacation, a relaxing getaway for two, a weekend trip with friends, or a business trip—ALMA Voreifel offers the perfect setting for a wide variety of stays. Thanks to two separate bedrooms, the spacious living area, the balcony, and the garden, families with children will find just as much room to feel at home as couples, groups of friends, or business travelers.



The approximately 80 m² vacation apartment is located on the entire upper floor of a two-family house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Euskirchen-Stotzheim. You can access the apartment via a separate outdoor staircase and have your own entrance.

The ground floor consists exclusively of office spaces with no customer or public traffic. This allows you to enjoy a pleasantly quiet and private atmosphere during your stay.

The apartment can accommodate up to five people and features:
• Two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds
• A spacious living room with a cozy seating area and a sleeper sofa
• An open dining area
• A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, and large refrigerator with a freezer compartment
• A modern bathroom with a spacious, low-entry shower
• A separate toilet
• A utility room with a washing machine
• Fast and reliable Wi-Fi
• A free parking space right next to the house

Balcony & Garden
A special highlight is the spacious, furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living room as well as from both bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee here or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. An awning provides pleasant shade even on sunny days.

You’ll also have access to a private garden with a large table, plenty of seating, and a covered pavilion—ideal for relaxing or spending time together outdoors.
